The upcoming U12 Lionesses had their first match against the future U9 Lionesses, and both teams truly shone.

The match was played in a spirited yet friendly atmosphere, showcasing that girls can play football just as well as boys.

Establishing the U12 team has been a long process, but after witnessing the game on Wednesday night, it’s clear that all the effort has been worthwhile.

Coach Michael Betts stated it has been a joy to be involved in this journey and to help both groups of girls embark on their football adventures.

Our girls only soccer school takes place every Saturday at 11am, and we invite all girls to come and join us!
